These are great properties!

I used to call this page "everyman's downtown townhouses" but as downtown continues to appreciate, it has become harder and harder for everyperson to afford to live there. These properties are good solutions if you either are looking for a good project or want the pleasure of downtown without the cost. Some are ready for updates, others are perfect to move into as they are, and in some cases, they are in neighborhoods rapidly being considered true downtown houses, but they are currently in re-emerging districts.
